Position :Energy Storage Pre-sales Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:
1.Provides Pre-Sales support to company key accounts and clients with the support of product solutions team in HQ.
2.Works with the sales team to promote the company ESS solutions.
3.Supports the clients in ESS design and sizing.
4.Provides technical training to clients and participate in regional events and workshops.
5.Responsible for further development of ESS business in MENA.
6.Ensuring efficient and timely response to customers and sales team.
7.Managing customer information for defects and claim issues, failure analysis, problem solving with internal resources
8.Active capturing of customer needs on product development and collecting market information
9.Make sure the company products are registered by local authorities s and have the required certification.
10.Assist MENA technical team in different projects and assignments.

Your profile:
1.Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2.3 years related experience in battery-based energy storage systems.
3.Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
4.Ability to prioritize workload and plan workload to meet business needs and goals.
5.Willingness to travel regionally and globally up to 35%.
6.Ability to handle multiple projects.
7.self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated approach.
